Softness, in every sip.
Born from a monsoon evening and a stubborn love for slow mornings, Sakura Madras is a quiet corner where Japanese calm meets Madras warmth. Our beans travel from the Nilgiris, our matcha from Uji, and our vegetarian small plates from the tiny oven behind the counter.
🌱 Pure vegetarian kitchen. The only exception: our house-made tiramisu ladyfingers use egg — clearly marked wherever tiramisu appears.
